2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data provided by the Client will be stored in our databases “Clients” and “Prospects”.
Such data will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Administrative and operational management of reservations and tours
- Issuance of invoices or payment receipts
- Customer service and communication related to contracted services
- Sending promotional information, offers, or newsletters (only with prior consent)
No personal data will be processed for purposes other than those stated above without the explicit authorization of the data subject.
3. DATA TRANSFER
By contracting our services, the Client authorizes Lake Titicaca S.A.C. to transfer necessary personal data (such as full name, passport number, nationality, and date of birth) to:
- Peruvian government entities (Ministry of Culture, SERNANP, MINCETUR, or other authorities when required)
- Strategic service providers, including hotels, transportation companies, guides, and train operators
Such transfers are carried out solely to ensure the proper execution of the contracted travel services and in full compliance with applicable Peruvian regulations.
4. ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION)
The data subject may exercise their ARCO rights — Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition — regarding their personal data at any time.

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Once this period has expired, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
Lake Titicaca S.A.C. implements appropriate technical, organizational, and legal security measures to safeguard personal data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
